I’m ending this year on a high note. My summer included gardening, walking at Kohler Andrea State Park every day to enjoy Lake Michigan, shipping art to multiple national park exhibitions, killing both my hand mower and my rider mower(!), and generally enjoying the seasons change.
Although I am behind on blogging, I’ve spent much of 2016 managing entries, and planning new work. I’ve decided to work a little smaller and to work on series of several subjects.
Here are a few pieces I worked on this year with a different palette and more solid fabrics.
